During Eric’s 18 years of architectural experience, he has worked on a variety of project types including in-line restaurant, ground-up restaurant, big-box retail, entitlement studies, prototype development & accessibility consulting as a once Registered Accessibility Specialist in the State of Texas.ĭuring Eric’s time at Poole + Drennan Design Studio, he worked on projects such as TGI Friday’s, Jack in the Box Corporate & Franchisee Community, and Twin Peaks Brands. Prior to this, Eric worked as a Client Manager completing projects around the country for nationwide restaurant brands. Previously, Eric was a P+D Associate with the firm Poole + Drennan Design Studio for 3 years, where he was responsible for managing a team working on a variety of architectural remodel projects.
